4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership & Permitted Use

- Players whose accounts are closed for regulatory compliance reasons will be notified where legally permissible, and remaining real-money balances will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to bed1777.
- bed1777 is not obligated to disclose the specific reasons for account closure where doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation or legal process.
Player-Requested Closure
- You may close your account at any time by contacting bed1777 support at [email protected] with a clear closure request.
- Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, if not already completed.

Dormant Account Policy

- A monthly dormancy fee of ৳50 may be applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.
